Project Management:

HS Electrical Consulting Inc. develops relationships with clients, industry affiliates and manages client relationships and project service delivery. HS Electrical Consulting Inc. actively participates in the entire project life cycle, from preliminary services through project implementation, and warranty.

Project Management services includes:

  • Meeting with clients regarding projects, progress reporting, and the resolution of issues, as required.
  • Coordinates the preparation of engineering specifications and drawings, quantity and cost estimates.
  • Utilization of industry specific software and related technologies in design and analysis.
  • Preparation of reports, proposals, and tender/bid submissions, budgets, project plans, and other supporting documentation, as required.

The industries include; Oil & Gas, Commercial and Manufacturing. HS Electrical Consulting Inc. provides complete construction packages for our clients needs including As-Builts drawings and all required documents for project completion.

Electrical Construction Field Representative:

HS Electrical Consulting Inc. helps clients administer construction contracts between the Owner and its contractors to ensure compliance with contract documents with respect to safety, time, quality and cost. HS Electrical Consulting Inc. assumes the role of Electrical Field Administrator, Owner’s Representative and in such capacity administer and enforce all the terms of the contract.

Electrical Construction Field Representative services includes:

  • Provide clarification, as required, regarding content, scope, and definition of contracts.
  • Coordinate and inspect contractors’ work with others including workmanship.
  • Facilitating and documenting the Change Management Process including responding to RFI’s (Request for Information), FCO’s (Field Change Orders) and NCR’s (Non-Conformance Request).

Hazardous Area Classification Analysis:

HS Electrical Consulting Inc. helps clients re-evaluated the existing Site’s Hazardous Area Classification boundaries by completing an analysis using the latest standards and codes. HS Electrical Consulting Inc. works with the clients Process or Chemical engineer and conducts and extensive site review

Hazardous Area Classification Analysis service includes:

  • Field walk to evaluate potential ignition source and verify P%ID’s.
  • Using the latest Standards and Codes, re-evaluated the current HAC boundaries around equipment.
  • Generate a Report detailing all the required changes to comply with the Standards and Codes.
  • Design and Drafting of Hazardous Area Classification Drawings.
